-Thank You: UNRAVELING THE GARMET Leadership Training…WOW! Thank you so much for being a part of this timely training! The Muslims are "seeking" and we are being used in this season to love them to "finding"! Please use Glen and Carole Ginder of Bridges Int. in your area to teach and reach(#515-822-0717 or g_c86@linlemail.org). They are valuable tools available to us as we fulfill our mandate to our Muslim friends and neighbors. And they were so thrilled to align with AGLOW!
Thanks also to Esther of Des Moines for serving us lunch. Thank you girlfriends for your servant hearts! You were such a blessing to us all….

WHAT: IOWA LEADERSHIP TRAINING... Thanks so much for spending the day with us. It was great seeing you all: to worship, to be challenged by Barb Skoff, to fellowship
together and pray over you. BUT WHAT HAPPENED???????? On Friday night Barb and Linda were hit by a deer which shattered her window, detained them from their appointed arrival time, and inconvenienced them as they had to get a loner car to return to Minnesota (an EXPLOSION !!!! a DISTRACTION!!!!!). Then the Fort Dodge girls were backed into by a semi as they were stopped at a stop sign outside of Fort Dodge!!!!!(a NUGE??? a SHIFT????) AND the East Iowa team experienced a near miss with a deer on their way home!!!! Mighty prophetic women...what is God telling us for Iowa. Let me know if you have any other Words to share from the LORD. Is this His way of moving us??? It takes a "semi" to get us to shift???? A deer???? WOW!!!!
From the desk of Barb Gidel... -The CD'S from the conference have arrived. Please contact me if you are interested in them(515-368-0066). -REMINDER TO PRAY: Deb Iliff(Iowa's State Prayer Coordinator) and I will be joining Barb Skoff along with 7 other women from Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin in Washington DC November 6th-10th. This is one of the new TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS of Aglow...to establish a presence in Washington DC and build relationships with organizations, ministries, Congressmen, staff, laborers! I am honored to represent you, Iowa AGLOW! Please keep us all in your prayers...that "we have ears to hear and eyes to see", that "His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven." -Several mistakes were made on the directories handed out at the Leadership Training. I will email the updated directories for both East and West to all who have email. Presidents, please make copies for those leaders who are not connected online. As you have changes in your board, PLEASE COMPLETE the "Change of Leadership" form in the back of your Leadership Digest or online at www.aglow.org and email me a copy. I will then revise our directories and keep all updates online. Thanks! Finally, there is a form for your Administrative Secretary to use at your monthly board meetings (also in the back of the Leadership Digest). This makes your reporting very efficient and complete for us. I should be receiving 2 copies of each from you monthly following your meetings.
It is not until we reach the other side that we will see the size, the scope, the dimension of this organization to the LORD. I left the conference after Jane Hanson's Friday morning opening session thinking, "WOW! This is really BIG!!!!!!!!!" If you get the CD'S, make note of the reports from leaders on the field. It is EXCITING! May you be challenged by the explosion going on!!!!!!!!! (HMMMM!!!! EXPLOSION!!!!) LISTEN for His "new" SOUND going forth for Iowa!!!!!! Lets SHIFT!
PLEASE PRINT THIS CONNXION OFF AND SHARE WITH YOUR LEADERSHIP WHO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CONNECT BY EMAIL. THANKS!
Abundant blessings... Your West IOWA Board, BARB GIDEL BONNIE BLOW ANITA JOHNSON LAVONNE BECKMAN BETTY KOOKER ANNA HANRAHAN
