HOSTED BY IOWA APOSTOLIC PRAYER NETWORK/IOWA USRPN WHEN: FRIDAY JULY 30-SATURDAY JULY 31, 2010 WHERE: CONNXIONS 3901 NW 121st STREET URBANDALE, IOWA 50323 ADMISSION: FREE (A LOVE OFFERING WILL BE TAKEN) NO REGISTRATION IS NEEDED Beginning Friday July 30, 2010 through Thursday August 6, 2010, Iowa will be taking up the national torch for the “Root 52” Prayer Strategy, the 52-Week Prayer Strategy for the nation initiated by USRPN Apostles Mike and Cindy Jacobs. Each state has been fasting and praying for 1 week according to the order of their admittance into the Union. It is Iowa’s turn to take up the torch for our nation and our state and we want to invite you to come to our launching meeting. Iowa was the 29th state to enter the Union on December 28, 1846. This will be the 29th week of prayer and fasting and our time to take up the torch. We also would like you to participate with us in the meetings we are hosting across the state for the week or participate by having your own prayer meetings as well. We are inviting prayer ministries, Houses of Prayer, Apostles, Pastors, leaders, and churches from across the state in the Body of Christ to participate in the week and also to come to our ‘launching meeting.’ ADMISSION IS FREE!! If you plan on having some kind of meeting or are praying with us during the Root 52 in your church, your House of Prayer, or a group, etc., please contact Karen Blomgren at windsofchange@mchsi.comm and enter the words ‘Root 52’ in the subject line of the email. Let her know what you are doing and if the meetings you are having are open and we will post them on the website. Karen Blomgren is our Iowa State Apostolic Executive Coordinator and has been keeping you up to date on all that has been happening with the ‘Root 52 Initiative’ across the nation, state to state, and will continue to keep you up to date with these emails as we continue on in our national initiative even after we in Iowa are finished with our week. We are having the launching meeting/conference Friday July 30-31 at Connxions, Urbandale, Iowa to launch this state wide effort. ADMISSION IS FREE!! We will be hosting Dr. John Benefiel, Apostle of HAPN International Prayer Network and Dr. Negiel Bigpond, Co-Apostle of Two Rivers Native American Training Center, to help our state begin to restore our covenant roots and launch Iowa’s week of our Root 52 Prayer Initiative. They will be helping us to honor the Native Peoples of our State and the Jewish Peoples of our state. Some History: The Lord showed Chuck Pierce in a vision as he was caught up over the nation the root structures of each state, and which states had covenant roots with the Jewish peoples and the Native Host Peoples. These are covenant roots. The Lord revealed to him which states had covenant roots with the Jewish peoples and the Native Host Peoples and which ones did not. Iowa did not have any covenant root structure. The Root 52 Prayer Initiative is also about our nations and our individual states root structures. We are hoping to begin to help to reestablish those covenant roots which have somehow been broken in our state. This is not meant to be a fix all, but an expression of our desire to right any wrongs and come into a new fellowship and covenant with both our Jewish brothers and sisters in our state and our Native brothers and sisters in our state. We want to honor the Native Peoples of our State and the Jewish Peoples of our state.
